The Estate is administered by a Board of Directors and a full time Estate Manager and Staff. All owners become obligatory members of the Association and a Board of Directors is elected at the Annual General Meeting. The Association’s office is located at the Clubhouse and is open weekdays during normal office hours.

The Board of Directors is responsible for controlling the Estate’s security protocols, finances, the environment as well as the guidelines for building and landscape development ensuring that owners and contractors comply with the Estate’s development manual and relevant site protocols. This is in support of the Association’s vision that Newmark Residential Estate will develop into the best Estate in its class in Gauteng.

The Sectional Title residential apartments located on stands 81 and 82 are controlled by a Body Corporate in terms of the Sectional Title Act while the Newmark Office Park forms part of the Newmark Homeowners Association.
